Our Process

Aloha

First and foremost, Mahalo (thank you) for taking the time to contact us about your event. We’re here to help guide you in your creative, and decision making process to make your event an unforgettable one.

Whether it is venue and vendor research, concept and design, planning, and logistics,  we can provide you with an array of information and options to help make your vision a reality.

We do all of our correspondence via e-mail, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.

Our process:


1) Fill out our Information Request Form 

2) Book an Initial Consultation with us, either in-person, on the phone, or via Skype / FaceTime. 

3) Contract Signing and Payment Schedules, should you decide to hire us.

​4) Let's start planning! This is the fun part, where our collaborative journey with you begins. We call this process "Lōkahi", the value of teamwork: Collaboration and cooperation. Harmony and unity. People who work together can achieve more.
